Thank you for supporting All Things Pretty, Inc. and wearing our apparel with pride! We want you to love your purchase and feel confident representing the PRETTY movement. If your item isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

👚 Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or item defects (such as misprints or damage during shipping).

🔁 How to Request an Exchange

• Email our team at info@allthingsprettyinc.org with your order number and reason for exchange.

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

• Ship the item back in its original packaging within 7 days of approval.

• Once received and inspected, we’ll send out your replacement item or issue store credit if the requested size is unavailable.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

• Worn, washed, or altered items.

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise.

• Items returned after the 14-day window.

Thank you for shopping with All Things Pretty, Inc.! Each purchase helps us empower and mentor girls through our confidence-building and educational programs. We’re committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

🚚 Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• Please note: During special launches, holidays, or sales events, processing times may take up to 7–10 business daysdue to high order volume.

📦 Shipping Options & Delivery

• We ship nationwide within the United States via USPS or UPS.

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

• At this time, international shipping is not available but will be offered in the future.

💌 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping confirmation.

🚫 Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@allthingsprettyinc.org.

• We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive your items.

• All Things Pretty is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer or carrier issues beyond our control.

🛍️ Local Pickup (If Applicable)

For select events or community programs, local pickup may be available.
You will receive a confirmation email with pickup details, date, and time once your order is ready.
