Growing up in the Oakland, Ca, Olea faced many challenges that shaped her early years. Raised in a single-parent household, opportunities often felt limited, and the path forward was not always clear. Yet within those experiences, she developed resilience, strength, and a deep understanding of what so many young girls in underrepresented communities continue to face.

Those lived experiences became the foundation of her purpose. Olea made it her mission to create meaningful pathways and provide real strategies to help combat the socioeconomic barriers that impact minority girls and women every day.

From that vision, All Things Pretty, Inc. was born—not just as a program, but as a safe haven. A place where girls are seen, heard, and supported in ways that are intentional and tailored to their individual needs. At its core, All Things Pretty is built on the belief that adversity does not define you—your response to it does.

Through mentorship, the organization cultivates a supportive, secure, and loving environment where girls can grow into their fullest selves. With a compassionate community and dedicated staff, All Things Pretty provides the tools, resources, and guidance needed to inspire confidence, encourage healing, and create lasting change.
